My Expert Day is six focused hours spent entirely on your existing Squarespace site - refining layouts, refreshing the design, or tackling SEO, whatever it needs most.

By the end, you'll have a website that looks better and works harder for your business.

Why I’m the perfect fit for your business

I have over a decade of marketing and web experience, working across multiple businesses and industries. That gives me a wealth of knowledge about how your website fits into the bigger picture, and just how important it is to talk directly to your ideal customers.

I don't have a niche sector I work with - the variation in my work is what gives me the most joy. I've worked with social media managers, engineering firms, photographers, celebrants, project managers, cake bakers... the list goes on!

I spend time with you. No lengthy, boring forms to fill in explaining your business and brand - instead, we'll chat it through. The best ideas always come from a good chat. I'll get into the nitty gritty of what makes your brand unique, and spend time honing that personality for your website.

Not only do I organise all the techy domain stuff before launch, I'll also make sure you feel totally ready to own your new website. We'll spend an hour going through your template and teaching you how to use it, and you can drop me a WhatsApp any time after launch if anything feels a bit tricky.

No question is too silly, if something hasn’t been answered here, just drop me an email and I’d be happy to chat it through with you.

  • Squarespace is user-friendly, visually beautiful and so easy to update. I’ve used a few different website providers and Squarespace always comes out on top for me.

    It’s an all-in-one system where you benefit from the built-in tools such as Courses, Bookings, E-Commerce, Email Campaigns.

  • Most of my clients are most suited to the Core Squarespace package, which is £24 p/month or £204 annually.

    If you’re selling prodcuts, I’ve recommend upgrading to the Plus package which £36 p/month or £348 annually.

    I’ll chat through the options with you at our Discovery Call and make my recommendation.

  • I require a 50% deposit to commence your website project, and the final 50% is due upon launch and completion.

    Once the final payment has been made, I transfer website ownership to you.

  • This will depend on my diary at the time of booking, but is something we will chat about during our Discovery Call. Most projects I can get started on within 4 weeks.

  • It’s perfect. The Squarespace platform is extremely intiutive, and it’s one of the reasons why I use it. I'll talk you through an hour training session before handover, and make sure you feel fully confident in keeping it up to date. I’m also only ever a quick WhatsApp away.

  • Yes! Don’t worry, I’ll sort of that techy stuff. As long as you can find out where your purchased your domain and have the login details, we’ll be fine. I can also purchase a domain on your behalf if you don’t already have one.

  • You’ll need to provide content for your website, but don’t be daunted by this as I’ll help you through it all. You’ll need to provide some branding, some imagery or photography and copy. You’ll provide this all through your dedicated Client Portal, and you’ll receive a copywriting guide with relevant prompts to help you with your writing.

  • If your business requires more than 5 core pages, we can add on further pages for £150 each.

    Additional features such as e-commerce, appointment scheduling and course features are also available, I’ll provide a custom project quote if you need any of these.

  • Yes! For my Bespoke Build package I offer a 30 day post-launch support window to help with any tweaks or niggles. For my Landing Page package this support is available for 14-days.

  • Your home page gets the most SEO attention from me, simply because it's usually the page that matters most to my clients.

    For that page, I'll do proper keyword research, optimise your headings and body copy, and put together an FAQ section that's keyword-friendly - plus a few other bits to help you show up in search.

    Across the rest of your site, I take care of the essentials too: resizing your images so everything loads quickly, adding alt text throughout, and writing meta descriptions and page descriptions for every page.

  • Short answer, yes.

    In an ideal world you’ll have a full brand ready to go - logos, colour palettes, typography, tone of voice. But I know that’s not always the case.

    If you’re starting totally from scratch, I know some great brand designers that can get you started. If you have a little something already, I can create a custom Mini Brand for Web for an additional fee. I’ll provide a quote for this after our Discovery Call.

  • It’s possible to create a website with carefully selected stock imagery, but it’s always my preference that you can have professional product imagery and headshots to really give your website a professional and elevated feel.

    I have some great recommendations for photographers if you are local to Suffolk!
