How much does a website cost? My 2026 prices for Suffolk businesses

"How much does a website cost?" is the question I get asked most, at networking events, in my DMs and in almost every discovery call. So rather than keep you guessing, here's exactly what I charge, what's included, what you can add on, and the extra costs worth budgeting for before you start.

The Bespoke Build: from £1,850

My core package: a fully bespoke 5-page website built completely around your business and your brand. Whether it's your first website or a refresh of a DIY site that's not cutting it anymore, this is the one most of my clients go for.

What's included:

  • A bespoke 5-page Squarespace website, plus privacy policy, 404 and social links pages

  • SEO & GEO strategy and set-up

  • A kick-off strategy workshop covering design ideas, competitors, SEO and content

  • A dedicated client portal and copy guide with prompts for every section

  • Regular progress meetings throughout the project

  • 3 blog title recommendations to get your content going

  • 1 hour of Squarespace training before handover

  • 30 days of post-launch email support

  • Free hosting during development, plus 20% off your first year with Squarespace

  • Domain connection and launch

The Landing Page: from £950

Everything about your business on one page that flows beautifully from top to bottom. It's perfect if you want something simple to get you online, or a stepping stone before a bigger website further down the line.

What's included:

  • A bespoke Squarespace landing page designed around your brand, with up to 8 sections

  • Privacy policy and 404 pages

  • SEO & GEO strategy and set-up, so the right people (and AI search tools) can find you

  • Social links and contact form set-up

  • A kick-off workshop, client portal and copy guide with prompts

  • 1 hour of Squarespace training before handover

  • 14 days of post-launch email support

  • Free hosting during development, plus 20% off your first year with Squarespace

  • Domain connection and launch

Expert Day: £450

Already have a Squarespace website that isn't quite working for you? I'll spend six focused hours on it in one day, on whatever will make the biggest difference: design improvements, new pages, content, copy refinements or SEO.

What's included:

  • A planning call beforehand so we know exactly where to focus

  • 6 dedicated hours on your site

  • A feedback call 80% of the way through the day for final tweaks

  • 14 days of post-launch email support

Optional add-ons

Every business is different, so you can add extras to your package if you need them:

  • Additional pages: £150 per page

  • E-commerce set-up for up to 10 products: £400

  • Mini Brand for Web: custom quote. Ideal if you don't have a logo, colours and fonts yet.

  • Copywriting: custom quote. For if you'd rather hand the words over to someone else.

Not sure if you need any of these? We'll talk it through on your discovery call, and I'll only recommend what you actually need.

The costs people forget about

My package covers the design and build, but there are a few running costs that come with owning any website. It's worth budgeting for these up front so there are no surprises:

  • Your Squarespace subscription. Most of my clients are on the Core plan, at £24 a month or £204 a year if you pay annually. If you're selling products, the Plus plan is £36 a month or £348 a year. You'll get 20% off your first year through me.

  • Your domain name. This is usually around £15–£20 a year.

  • A professional email address. This is optional, but an email that matches your domain (like hello@yourbusiness.co.uk) looks much more professional than a Gmail address.

  • Photography. Good photos make a huge difference to how your website feels. If you don't have any, it's worth budgeting for a local photographer.

  • Your time. You'll need to set aside some time to gather your branding, photos and copy. My copy guide makes this much easier, but it's still worth blocking out a few hours in your diary.

How payment works

I take a 50% deposit to start your project, and the final 50% is due at launch. Once the final payment is made, I transfer ownership to you. The website is completely yours.
